I called McVay Plumbing to have a water line installed to my new refrigerator. They came out to give me an estimate first. We said yes. We wanted the work done. Kelsey came and did the work. She did an absolute marvelous job. She was so personable and friendly. She is a definite asset to your company and we need another plumbing job done and we will definitely request her again. We liked her so much. The price for what we had done I consider reasonable. Thank you for an excellent experience
Originally placed a call to Mister Sewer about a slowly draining/backed up laundry tub. They kindly informed me that my issue would be best handled by their partner company McVAY Plumbing. The receptionist took my info and even placed the call to McVAY for me! To my surprise, I received a call appx. 1.5hr later from Kelsey stating that she would be arriving within the next 20 minutes! Kelsey thoroughly reviewed what may be our issue and within an hour had our laundry sink back in working order! She was honest and did not try to pull any unnecessary work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND McVAY ESPECIALLY KELSEY! Thank you =)
Had an emergency back up in our main sewer line. Called our home warranty company and their vendor could not be here until three days later. Called McVay and was told someone would be out after their current call! Mitch arrived and was friendly and professional when explaining how he would fix the issue. I could not have been happier with the work done at my home! Adam C. and his crew, Mark, Austin, Josh and Jordan, showed up on time, were very professional, did the work they said they would when they said they would. The work was done properly and in a very timely fashion! The prices I was quoted were unbeatable. I really cant say enough good things about this company and the crew that took care of my issues. Called McVay regarding a leaking shower faucet, luckily found out the main water valve failed to work properly. Kelsey replaced a new PRV and make sure every thing works properly. she is knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. Highly recommend!
My pilot light was out and I didn't have hot water for over a week. Cody came out and was polite and professional by first placing shoe booties on so he didn't track dirt through my house, like other companies.
