“Who cancels an appointment because they didn’t hear the phone? Who sits in front of the house and instead of getting out of the truck and ringing the bell, calls a second time and then cancels the appointment? McVey. I waited all morning for them only to find out they’ll only show up if you answer your phone and won’t come to the door to make sure you’re home. This is a terrible policy but because I bought their year long insurance policy I’m sort of bound to stay with them because I don’t pay service calls. But I still give one star because their plumbers are too lazy to get out of their vehicles to knock on the door”
