“In July 2026 a technician was here for an annual check of my AC unit. I had purchased a 10 year parts and labor warranty. The technician said the warranty would not cover the part or labor.
I checked with Brian and was told that everything should be covered under the warranty. When I called the office. I could not get an answer and I could not get an itemized bill. It is now August 11. I had to call myself two more times without a return phone call. McVey did not want to call Brian. They will not return my check and they will not honor the warranty. I am still waiting for a phone call. I am very dissatisfied Find another company if you need service or installation of Bryant equipment.”
