In the end it was inevitable that our furnace needed replaced and since the AC was causing the issue leaking onto the furnace, well let’s just say it was an unexpected expense but was necessary. He explained options without pressure and allowed us to make the decisions. He helped us go through the process since there wasn’t a sales person available at the time.
