“I’m here try trying to fix what you guys did and when I say you guys are terrible I mean it. This installation is dog water and I would advise anyone and everyone to find someone else. These guys suck!!!”

Long story short, Dont use these guys unless you have to like myself(warranty claim for outside work). Sewage was backed up. Devon came out to camera the line and did a crap job. Had both inside and outside excavation work done. Inside floor drain needed replaced. Outside needed dug up to fix holes in the terrecotta pipe. Lines were not marked for the excavation crew. They fixed 2 holes in the line and the inside floor drain was replaced and a trap placed into it. Welp, the next day its backing up still. Devon came out to camera the line again. I was there to watch, he didnt see any breaks in the line this time. Guess what!? There were multiple breaks in the line! I had to ask him to go slower with the camera multiple times to be sure he isn't missing anything. (I should not have to). Do your job! They then had to come back out and dig it back up a second time! After about 5-6 appointments the sewage is finally not backing up! Now all i have to do is clean all the concrete and sand out of my landscaping were they thought it would be ok to clean their mixer and dump the excess. My cleanout outisde is now also buried under soil! Dont worry my crushed gutter line doesn't need fixed after running it over with an excavator. Not a single credit offered to us. Oh, and this took them a span of 4 months to complete correctly. Would not reccomend to anyone.

Kelsey was very personable, friendly and attentive to the issues presenting themselves in our home. She gave us multiple quotes for slightly different scopes of work which made for easy comparison. She also took the time to show me the work once finished and walk through warnings and proper maintenance of new pipes/drains. Prices were very fair & we will definitely be using McVay Plumbing again in the future.

Long story short, McVay Plumbing never called us to give us a more specific appointment time like they promised, never showed up during our scheduled appointment window, and I couldn’t even get someone to pick up the phone at the main office to figure out what was going on.

We scheduled an appointment with McVay Plumbing to have a waste stack pipe repaired. They scheduled us for an 8am - Noon appointment window and said we would receive a call that morning with a more specific time frame. I took the day off work. I never got the follow-up call. When I tried to call McVay Plumbing’s office to find out what was going on, the phone rang over and over again. I was never able to speak to anyone at the office. McVay Plumbing lost us as customers and I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone.

So far so good! I accepted their bid on a new heat/ac combo system for our house. Bruce was extremely knowledgeable and presented a bid before he left - very professional! Installation will be next week. I will review again after the job is complete.

Just got a call stating I was an MVP customer to schedule my available service. I haven't lived in the area for years now, and I don't remember working with this company. Also when I asked for the address associated for my account, I was given an address where I have never resided. When I informed the caller of this I was hung up on after being told my line was cutting out. Please don't use sketchy sales tactics on me.

McVay performed an amazing job doing the annual maintenance check cooling units. Ben Nickerson was very friendly and explained everything patiently. He identified the issue in one of the units and was able ot fix it. I would definetly recommend McVay for HVAC needs.

My mother's commode had to be snaked. McVay was able to schedule a same day appointment....... Devin is AMAZING....he got everything fixed in a timely manner. Devin was very professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of my questions and we had a nice chat about carpenter bees that were boaring holes right above where he had to go in and out of my garage.....I'm so glad he was able to help my elderly mother.🙏🏾😊

I don't review often, but we have received exceptional service from McVay. We had them out to scope a sewage line and replacing a broken hose bibb and gate valve. They were able to schedule us for the next business day, showed up on time, explained the work very well, and were impressively fast completing the work. The price was reasonable and since they sent two teams on the same day they waived the second dispatch fee. Very happy and would call them for future plumbing work.

Edit: I had to take the stars down. If I am remembering correctly, McVay used to include the fee for coming out in the service or waive it if services were provided . Now, they’re charging $70 just to show up, with any actual service costing extra. Why am I being charged $70 for something that’s essential to running your business? You have to travel to do your job—how does that become an extra fee for me, especially when the distance isn’t significant?

McVay has done several jobs for us over the years. They are always available and always do a fantastic job!

Had an excellent experience with McVay Plumbing. Mike came out to replace our gas main service line, and he was absolutely awesome from start to finish. He started the job right at 8am and didn’t finish until 8pm — not because of any fault on his part, but due to some delays caused by the gas company. Still, Mike powered through and kept working until it was dark, making sure everything was done right. He even stayed late to put in the cement and properly close up the hole. Truly professional, dedicated, and hardworking. Highly recommend Mike and McVay Plumbing!
