“My water heater started leaking at around 2:00 p..m. After turning off the water and moving some things that were getting wet, I called McVay and was told that someone would come after 4:00. At around 6:30, Chuck showed up and by 9:00 p.m., I had a new water tank and hot water in the pipes. Chuck was friendly, courteous, efficient and thorough. From leak to back in operation in seven hours! The bill was even a bit less than I had anticipated, based on my internet research about the cost of this work in the Pittsburgh area.
