“Our downstairs toilet started leaking, and I was very pleased to see that we could get a next-day appointment to have someone look at it. The next morning, I saw that the upstairs toilet had also started to leak; I was able to add the second toilet to the service order by text. Before our technician arrived, my husband (who was the one home that day) received a text message to let him know he was on the way. The technician looked at both toilets, was able to tell us what was likely wrong and gave us estimates for the best and worst case scenarios. The tech was able to lift the upstairs toilet, verify that the flange was still in good shape, replace the seal, and reset it. Downstairs he was able to reinstall some hoses that stopped the leak. The whole process was very efficient–everything was fixed in about an hour. My husband said that the tech was courteous and professional, and the price we paid was very reasonable. We'll definitely be calling them for future plumbing needs!”
“One of the WORST experiences of my life! For everything the touched, they broke something else. Every connection that was made leaked everywhere. Then i had to combat sewer knats from all the standing water until they returned 4 days later. Proceeded to jet my liner. All the water came out through my tiolet ruining my toilet seat, carpet and vanity and rugs. Workers decided to use my brand new towels around the toilet to absorb the sewage water. Sloppy work. Would NOT recommend.”

“HUGE shout out to McVay Heating & Cooling . On the coldest day of the winter (-17) of course I woke to a cold house and they were here first thing in the morning bringing me heaters until they installed a new furnace 1 day later (of course my furnace went at 1am on a Saturday)
Well on the hottest day of the year when we were at 90 last Monday my central air stopped cooling the house ( the unit was 37+ y.o.) and again they were here first thing the next morning to see if it could be fixed. Unfortunately it had reached its end of life.
They were here bright and early yesterday at 8am and by noon I had a beautiful new system.
If you ever need heating, cooling or plumbing these are your guys. They really have great customer service and the service guys are all really nice!”
“We had a great experience with your company. From start to finish, the service and installation of our new air conditioner was great. Starting with Bruce, who sat down with us to figure out what type of system we needed and give us a realistic job estimate. Then Brandon and Don spent at least 8 hours installing the new HVAC system and they took the time to explain how this new system worked.
