He started the job right at 8am and didn’t finish until 8pm — not because of any fault on his part, but due to some delays caused by the gas company. “Called for emergency service of a burst pipe.. Boiler was not pumping heat to the garage causing a pipe to freeze & burst. Technician repaired pipe and found that the pump on the boiler was defective. The technician drained the system then went back to the shop and picked up a replacement pump (1/2 hour) and installed it. The system was then refilled and every room had to be bled of excess air in the system.
The tech was very knowledgeable and completed the entire job in a very professional manner. I am 100% satisfied with Mcvay’s service and would not hesitate to call them next time.”
